Pine marten

Just received details of your your blog about wildlife sightings in Pembs.Couldn't see a space for Pine Marten. Reported my sighting to Vincent Wildlife trust in Nov 2009. Unmistakable as I had it in my headlights for several yards as it ran do I reaalise there are only rare sightings of this mammal but it would make people aware of its existence in the county by including it on your list.My sighting was about 9pm coming down steep hill near river between LLandissilio and Llancycefyn - southern end of Rhydwillym valley.

Dead bull seal on West Dale

Unfortunately, there is a putrifying carcass on the strandline of West Dale of what I guess by the size is a dead bull grey seal. The head is missing!
