Bosherston sightings


Otters are still being seen most days - though not as reliably as they were a few months back. The animal in the pic above was seen on Monday, catching this sizeable Pike near the reeds on the approach to Broadhaven beach.
Bird sightings have included the female Ring-necked Duck, which was in the central lake this morning, a Water Rail near the Grassy Bridge, up to 10 Goosanders in the vicinity of Eight-arch Bridge. Otherwise, the most notable occurrence has been the mass arrival of Chiffchaffs heralding the onset of spring....
