I found this spectacular little beetle. Only the second Wasp Beetle I've seen in Pembs in 14 years. It is said to be widespread and common.I had great difficulty getting a photo as it never kept still. In the end I put it in the fridge for the duration of the rugby match. It was then slightly sluggish for about 10 seconds!
